Collagen Stimulators

Particles that make your body do the building.

Injectable particles (poly-L-lactic acid or polycaprolactone) placed in deep planes. The body responds by laying down new collagen around them. The result builds gradually over 3–6 months and lasts years. On the face it restores density; on the body it is my main tool for gluteal augmentation without an implant.

Aftercare

Massage is not optional.

Mild swelling and occasional bruising for 1–3 days. The '5/5/5' self-massage protocol is mandatory for poly-L-lactic acid, to distribute product and reduce nodule risk.

Do

  • Massage the treated area 5 min, 5×/day, for 5 days (poly-L-lactic acid).
  • SPF 50+ every morning, as always.
  • Return for the planned second session; poly-L-lactic acid is almost always a series.

Don't

  • Skip the massage protocol for poly-L-lactic acid; nodules are the consequence.
  • Exercise intensely for 48 hours.
  • Have facial treatments or massage from others for 2 weeks.
  • Judge the result at 2 weeks. Wait 3 months.
