Endolift® Laser Lifting
A 1470 nm fibre, introduced under the skin — lift without incisions.
Minimally invasive laser lifting. A micro-optical fibre (300 micrometres) is introduced through a needle puncture into the subdermal plane, delivering controlled thermal energy that tightens tissue and selectively reduces small fat compartments. Local anaesthesia only.
Best for jawline contour, double chin, and mild-to-moderate laxity.
- ·Jawline contouring
- ·Double chin / submental fullness
- ·Neck tightening
- ·Lower face lifting
- ·Upper arm laxity
- ·Mild knee and inner-thigh laxity
Four steps, every time.
- Consultation & candidacy
Not everyone is a candidate. I assess skin thickness, laxity grade, and fat distribution. I will redirect you to surgery if that is the right answer.
15 – 20 min - Anaesthesia & entry
Local anaesthetic at the entry points (behind the ear, under the chin). Micro-puncture, not an incision.
15 – 20 min - Fibre pass
The laser fibre moves in fan-like patterns beneath the skin. You feel warmth and mild pressure. No sutures — the puncture closes itself.
20 – 30 min - Compression & aftercare brief
Compression garment applied. Worn 22 hours a day for 5 days, then at night for 2 weeks.
10 min
Endolift is not a facelift. It is the right treatment for early-to-moderate jawline and chin laxity in someone who does not need surgery. If you need a real lift, I will tell you so — and I will send you to a surgeon I trust.
Compression is part of the result.
Mild swelling and occasional bruising for 5–7 days. The compression garment is not optional — it shapes the healing.
Do
- Wear the compression garment as instructed — 22 h/day for 5 days, nights for 2 weeks.
- Sleep on your back with head slightly elevated for 1 week.
- Lymphatic drainage after the first week can speed resolution.
- Judge the result at 3 months, not at 3 weeks.
Don't
- Remove the compression early — bruising worsens and contour suffers.
- Exercise intensely for 10 days.
- Expose the neck to direct sun for 4 weeks.
- Expect a surgical-grade lift — that is a different procedure.
