Does it really hurt?
Less than RF Microneedling, more than a facial. Numbing cream takes the edge off, but you still feel scratching and pressure, especially around the mouth and nose. Most patients tolerate it well.
Controlled micro-injury that triggers collagen repair.
An array of fine needles creates thousands of microscopic channels in the skin. The controlled injury activates the body's own repair response — new collagen, new elastin, better texture. Works well alone; excellent in combination with PRP or topical actives.
I plan depth, density, and any combinations (PRP, exosomes, topical actives). I explain the plan in plain language. Photos are taken.
10 – 15 minTopical numbing cream for 30–40 minutes.
30 – 40 minThe device glides across the skin in multiple directions. Micro-pinprick sensation that gets sharper around the mouth and nose.
15 – 25 minSoothing mask, cool air, and written aftercare. Follow-up at four weeks.
5 – 10 minThis is the gentler cousin of RF Microneedling. Expect a sunburned-feeling face for 24–48 hours and pinpoint pinprick marks for a day. This is not a dramatic treatment. The results are compound interest — several sessions, not one.
Skin will be pink and tight, like a mild sunburn, and may feel slightly dry for 2–3 days. Pinpoint tiny scabs (barely visible) settle within 48 hours.

After 24 hours. Before that, the micro-channels are still open and makeup has no business in them. Start with mineral, fragrance-free formulas and keep the routine simple for the first two days.
The post-treatment freshness shows up first, usually within a week. Texture and scar remodelling take longer — 4 to 6 weeks for the first true change, then each session builds on the last. Three to five sessions is the usual honest range.
No. One session can brighten texture, but scars remodel gradually. Rolling scars improve faster; deeper ice-pick scars are slower and sometimes need a different tool or a combined plan. If someone promises scar correction in one pass, ignore them.
Usually, yes. There is no heat component here, so pigment risk is lower than with many laser treatments. I still work conservatively on reactive skin and adjust depth carefully if you flush easily or mark after inflammation.
